Thirumal Alagu Travels — Unethical behavior by driver and require refund of amount

We had booked two tickets in thirumal alagu travels a/c sleeper for travel on 5th september, 2016 (Time:8 pm) chennai to tirunelveli. We got a call saying that the time was changed to 7 instead of 8pm. At the time of boarding, we were given a non ac bus instead of ac bus. Also, we have particularly booked lower seats but we were asked to board the upper berths. When we confronted the driver, he hurled obscene words at us asking us to get down right away for questioning him.
Ticket fare of ac bus was rs.1000 while the fare for non ac is around rs.600. We were not given a refund of the amount, on top of it the driver fought with us like a psychopath to the point of almost hitting us.

The name of the driver is chandran and his mobile number is [protected].

We want the refund amount back and also have the driver escalated so that he doesn't behave like that again to any other passenger.

I booked three tickets from Chennai (Adyar) to Cumbam in TAT travels (Full Sleeper) on 28th May 2017, carried two small travel bags and a 30 inch LED tv that was not in working condition. The driver demanded extra 500 Rupees for the LED TV which was also part of my luggage and was very rude to me for justifying that it is also a part of my luggage. I didn't have any other way except paying the money. In spite of paying so much, the driver transferred us from the sleeper bus to a seater Bus in mid night saying that, there is an issue with the bus and we are taking this bus to a work shop. But, the bus travelled till Theni and the driver has lied that the Bus was having some issue.They did not even return a single penny and didn't have the courtesy to even apologise. This is not my first bad experience, this has happened many times to me and my friends. They are not loyal to their customers and very rude in behaviour. They do false marketing that they operate 10 Bus routes from Adyar and cancel the buses most of the time.
I booked one tickets from Theni to Chennai (Adyar) TAT travels on 8th October 2017, I didn’t get got any call but time was changed to 8:15 PM instead of 8:50 PM
Supervisor and manager they didn’t arranged bus on time. I had bad experience and very worst service.
