I have recently booked a package for dubai tour through thomas cook online and the customer service has been horrendous. I have made the intial deposit and then i found out that us visa holders donot require uae visa.. When i confronted this fact to them, they were not very helpful. We finally negotiated to get a refund (Not full as they claim they cannot give full refund for visa even if my visa process didnt start), nobody is getting back to me.. I make repeated calls and its avery frustrating experience that customer based companies dont even bother to serve customers... I am completely stuck with it and have no way out.
