I booked a hotel for one day in bangkok (16.12.2017), thailand through thomascook india vide booking ref. H1628941. I paid rs 1606/- through sbi online netbanking. The hotel denied receiving any money from thomascook vide ref. H1628941. Therefore, i could not stay in the hotel. This is absolute fraud/negligence. Please return my money with immediate effect.

After quite a few phone calls and e-mail exchanges, thomascook resolved my issue and refunded Rs 1606/-. It was a learning experience for me and I would always think twice before buying any product/service of thomascook.
