I have applied for a singapore visa through your cp office on 6th december. Highly unprofessional of you to not give an update. I am to fly this week and all you tell me is you have to check the application status. All your executives are either on leave or unavailable on phone. No one is ever available on your customer care to pick up the phone. Lame excuses on calling. I was told that my visa will arrive max by 15 december. Do you have any value for customer service? I am high and dry calling persistently. Either the call is not picked up neither do you call back. Please provide a resolution at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
