Thomas Cook India — Not happy with your service | |||
Pathetic customer service ever... No one is bothered... All you are concerned are money... U take full payment and then don't even care... Transportation not given... No courtesy to inform... People drop us in middle of road... And then ask us to take taxi... People say there are no hidden charges for toy train but had to pay full amount inspite of not availing it... Anoop from thomas cook is a wrong person for this job... Tried calling all emergency numbers given but no one answered... No callback received yet...
