Thomas Cook India — poor customer care

We have booked Europe trip through Thomas cook but we are disappointed even before our travel. Agents at office do not give adequate details and ask us to call at a later date, very arrogant behaviour of miss shanmati Surya whom we contacted for visa application. There is no clarity of payment, about itinerary, very poor service at visa application centre where we had appointment at 9 but agent arrived only at 11. I do not know how unpleasant is our trip going to be as I have lost all faith in Thomas cook. Hope at least such things are not repeated but we have learnt a lesson. Highly disappointing.
