I had booked one redmi note 5 pro on 4 May 2018 denbit card . but payment occured doubble
one on by debit card-OTHPG[protected]WWW MI COM GURGAON-
16, 999.00 and other by debit card-OTHPG[protected]www.mi.com/in
Bangalore- only one product is received after one month .

but still after two months i donot get my extra amount of 16999
from mi customer care saying they got only one payment ..bank saying two transaction is successful. i submitted the bank account details from past two moths to mi .. but they deneying . pls give resolution urgent
