I had ordered this tv on 22nd aug 2018 & got delivered on 9th sept 2018. After 20 days only this tv started creating issues related to unsupportable wifi, screen and now engineer has informed us that motherboard is defected. Within 5 months, 4 times engineer had visited and repaired it. However, the issues is never resolved.
We have placed a compliant on 4th feb 2019 to replace the tv or else repair the motherboard. It's been a 2 months (Approx) now we are continuously doing followup with the customer care team. They are not at all supportive, everytime they disconnect our calls. I have wasted my money in this tv.

We do not want this tv anymore, kindly replace it & refund my money.
Request you to kindly look into this matter & resolve it urgently.
