Bought a thomson led b9 pro smart tv from flipkart last year mid october. Since 24th september 2019 display of the tv was not working. Issue - display problem (Video not visible audio is coming) I emailed thomson customer care with all details including invoice on 21th september in the evening. I didn't get any reply from them.
