Thomson Led Tv — haven't installed the tv at my location in spite of several assurances | |||
I bought a Thomson LED TV in Guwahati via Flipkart on 06/09/2018. The TV was delivered the next day (07/09/2018). I called Thomson customer care on[protected] for help regarding installation and the representative on the phone assured me that I would get a free installation if I sent a mail to [protected]@thomsontv.in. After sending mails to the Thomson email ID attaching proof of purchase and furnishing my mobile number as requested, NOTHING! It’s been 9 days since I mailed them my details and absolutely no help have I received yet!! I called their toll free number again and the representative again assured me that my TV will be installed within 48 hours. Those 48 hours have also passed and no communication. The representative picking up the phone refused to give a docket number saying they don’t give docket numbers for installation. This is highly suspicious. This company doesn’t care about its customers and god forbid the tv malfunctions even within the warranty period, they aren’t going to do anything. Was this information helpful? | |||

Our tv is suddenly stopping when we switch on fan/light/grinder..and tv is starting again after few seconds

I purchased the Thomson LED TV 32" (Model No. XB18574, HSN: 85287215, TH32TM[protected] ON 20.01.2019. Now from today onwards[protected] it stops working. The stand by light is on but the TV is not operating either by remote or on board power button.

I brought Thomson's LED TV on 13 march 2019, it was working fine up to 2days before but from last 2days onwards display is not working but we can hear the sound.and my warranty due also completed on 13 mar 2020, so kindly rectify the problem before the data.
