I bought thomson 40" smart tv in 2018. This thomson smart tv is just a waste. It does not support any app like hotstar, zee5, sony liv & other apps like these. Even thomson smart tv does not support youtube app. Youtube is very basic app, but thomson tv does not support even this app. I tried to contact them via email & phone number but all waste. They have just 1 reply that we are working on it. Thomson have worse customer support. They do not care about their customers. Please do not trust on the features of thomson tv. All the valuable app like youtube play store not working, the company making people fool, this is not the smart tv, they are selling normal android tv, without enableing all function of it

Wastes 20k on Thomson TV. Hota tar has conformed their ap isn't tested with Thomson TV. Zee5 doesn't work at all. Even on a 30 Mbps line.. Prime video app is outdated on their TV store. Navigation sucks on prime video app.
