I brought a thomson tv from flipcart on 03.11.2018. But the same is not working properly. Display is not functioning. I have raise a complaint to thomson on 02.10.2019 thought mail. I did not get any response from thomson end till date. Tv is under guarantee period i. E. 1 year from purchasing date. The tv details are as follows:
