JKOL[protected] complaint raised on 12 Feb 2019 where the Thomson LED TV stopped working and the resolution is far from happening.Pathetic service. And they keep visiting to check the problem.The service centre just keep calling and giving excuses.There hardly any support from Thompson TV apart from fake excuse for more than a month now.And there is no concrete resolution.Nobody takes any responsibility.The service centre blames the user also as not reachable.
