Thomson Tv — manufacturing defect and not responding from customer care | |||
I am muthukumar mob.[protected], from padppai chennai. I purchased a tv on flipkart a thomson uhd led tv 43 inch television. After a period of six months if automatically a horizontal line came from the tv. After that i call both flipkart and thomson tv customer care but in flipkart replies we are not able give in information, they asked to call thomson tv. After that i called to the thomson tv with the given period of warranty of my purchased tv. Still now there is no proper response from the customer care side. Now the warranty period is over and it service cost is around 80% of the tv cost for the relacement of the panel. Most of the costomer review of the tv and complient will be this issue from the buyer of thomson tv. Please register a compilent and give me solution. Was this information helpful? | |||
