[Resolved] Thomson Tv — purchased a tv 2 months back now it's coming only black screen | |||
I have purchased Thomson LED TV within 2 month its not working while running itself shows black screen and getting only audio i have called customer care and raised the ticket and after i got reply mail from them like within 48hrs will give the solution and after 72hrs also i didn't get any information after 4 days get one mail there i got complaint Number and they mentioned within 72 hours issue will resolve but till now update i have called Customer care there they disconnecting the call even i can't connect to customer care from last two days..
