We have purchased thomson led tv on 26th oct 2018, and raised a complete towards the issue of our tv not working & on 26th of feb engine visited & checked & confirmed that there is issue of mother board in the tv & they need to replace towards inwarranty.

But after 10 days also there is no response from thomson service team towards spare replacement. And is no proper response from customer care executives.
