I bought a 40 inch LED Thomson TV through FLIPKART flash sale. The TV was working just fine but after a month TV stopped working. NO WIFI, NO HDMI port work. I tried to reach out THomson customer care - customer care number is not working. I reached to flipkart - after a lot of struggle i could reach out and i had a call back from THomson tv. I have been asked to send invoice details to the person. I sent but after then I waited for 2 weeks no response. Now I dont know what to do next. Neither flipkart nor thomson responding.I feel like i have lost 20 k just like that. Was this information helpful? | |||

Last November 4th receive your TV... Come to 2 days back display is not working... So I am complent please take immediate action... All port visuval is shadow... Display is shadow visuval... Please check it... And complent issue please... Thank you my number [protected]
