Thomson Tv — Tv is not working/ indicator light is not working | |
As discussed with you I have shared all the email conversations with Thomson and Flipkart. It has been 57 days since my television did not get repaired. I have raised a complaint on 20th Aug and a technician was assigned almost after 20 days. So after calling the technician he told me that there is a motherboard issue and it needed to be replaced and it was not available in their warehouse. So every 3-4 days I called up the technician for the status. It's almost 15 days, the motherboard reached the warehouse and the technician told me that he will come after 2 days to repair the television. For 15 days I am chasing the technician and the technician is making excuses that he is having transport issues, bike servicing, etc. Today also I called him and he said that he is coming within 2 hours but again he is giving excuses. I also complained to the Thomson branch and support team that the technician is giving excuses everyday. They said that I need to wait as they have escalated the matter.
