I have purchased a thomson tv b9 pro 102 cm (40 inches) full hd led smart tv on 17.09.2018 through flip cart. Since it has no delivery at anchal (Pin 691306), it was delivered to my friends address mr jiju justin, aishwarya, apsara jn, ayathil po, kollam, kerala. The actual installation is done at anchal, c/o shabu ps, paravila veedu, karukone anchal 691306. Now the tv not working. I have sent many mails from my mail id [protected]@gmaiil.com. Also i had sent the invoice of the purchase. Still the complaint is not attended y anyone. So i request you to do the needful at your end as early as possible.
