Thomson Tv — tv stopped working the same day with no display no sound | |||||
This is to inform you, i just bought thomson tv from flipkart and it stopped working the same day no picture no sound and i have been following up with flipkart for replacement from the same day and the technician visited next day and checked and said its not working have sent some videos and images to the bangalore team but i can't do anything my super boss says it was working fine at the time of installation it's a physical damage. The request got rejected saying issue is resolved and replacement rejected. I want to understand how is it a physical damage tv is installed in 1 hours time it stops working. I have spent 10k and can't even get a solution. Following up with flipkart was supposed to send a technician no one turned up hence again called they will send today and now it says no1 is scheduled what kind of after sale is this. I would request for a full refund for the same i had also exchanged old tv and taken extended warranty. Thompson tv being a brand had purchased this but sorry to say its most pathetic decision made hence i need a full refund and nothing less I need this to be escalated on top priority basis i don't know whose fault it is flipkart or thompson but i have lost trust in both brand and am loosing my money time and patience Please find attached images of the tv and order details Order id - od[protected] I need a resolution by tomorrow as my 10 days return or replacement will be over so i will not entertain any kind of delay.
