[Resolved]  Thrillophilia — worst tour services provided by thrillophilia and active adventure india operator

I had gone for a 7 days trip to leh with my cousins. Both the experiences were unforgettable - leh's scenic beauty and thrillophilia's/operator's false promises. Following issues where faced in my entire trip -
1. Leh room booking issue - i had booked 3 rooms for 5 o[censored]s which was confirmed on mail as well by thrillophilia. On reaching at leh i was told by hotel owner that i have just 2 rooms booked. After calling the operator and re confirming i was told that there are 3 rooms booked and he conveyed the same to hotel manager (Rahul) from on ladakh.
2. Oxygen cylinder issue - we already knew that there would be breathing issues while going to nubra-pangong. So we thought to arrange for oxygen cylinder. We communicated to hotel manager about this and he said that there are different variants of oxygen bottle available at different costs. A night before we did this enquiry with the manager and where in panic mode as to how will we arrange oxygen bottle as we had to leave the next morning to nubra. We were not told by operator that from where we will get oxygen bottle, who will arrange etc. So we called the operator enquiring about the same. Angchok from active adventure india tour informed us that he will give the oxygen bottle to driver in morning. So we were never informed by thrillophilia or operator that they would be providing with the oxygen bottle. After we called and enquired to the operator he informed us that we would get the same.
3. No ground level contact for tour - before starting the leh tour, neither anyone from thrillophilia or from operator side met us to explain us about the precautions to be taken, tour details etc. We were told by the both of them that they had come to meet us on first day, but as we were taking rest so they did not meet us. Well if they had come in, that atleast we would have got some message from hotel manager about their visit. But we never got any such message from him. After i complained to angchok (Operator) and pradeep (Thrillophilia poc) on call, i was conveyed by them that they had come but i was unavailable.
4. Room bookings at pangong lake - while reaching at pangong lake, we reached at the exact location which the driver thought was our stay for the night. On reaching, the manager at pangong blue lake cottage checked the voucher which the driver shared with the cottage manager. The voucher had my name 'rikinkumar shah' printed but the name of stay mentioned was not full. It was mentioned as 'blue lake' and nothing else. The manager said that this is not the correct name so our bookings are not over here. We than went on searching for any other stay with the same name. This took us around 45 mins to 1 hr. We were already on high altitude and getting breathing issues.in mid of this we were searching for the place of our stay. We came back to blue lake cottage and convinced the manager about our bookings. After too much requesting he finally allowed us to stay.
5. Sight scene for secmol @leh - we had our visit planned for secmol for 6th july. Being saturday it was closed. When we asked the operator whether he knew about this or not, so he said he is not aware which all days the school is closed. As they keep the school closed on any day. We enquired about this and got to know that the school remains closed on sat and sun. It seems the operator or thrillophilia never new about this. Probably they were conducting such visit for the first time i guess. Under exclusions of itenary it is not mentioned that in case of holidays too operator cant do anything. It was supposed to be their responsibility to re plan and adjust this spot accordingly.

Finally after the trip, thrillophilia person pradeep from leh mentioned that he will complain about the operator which he said has done verbally. Not sure how will that help and he has really done it or no. I paid the whole amount before starting my trip, so i did not expect such issues to happen. It seems there was no planning at all from thrillophilia or operator and they were behaving like amatuers. Probably the testimonial too are like fake or paid by thrillophilia to the customers to get good reviews on their page.
Worst and pathetic tour ever taken by any operator.
Not at all recommended by any person for this kind of services.
Let me know what compensation you can give me for this.

Thrillophilia refunded me with the minimal amount that was possible to resolve this issue. They assured me that my any further association with them would not be bad at all.
