Thyrocare — 500% wrong blood report... Rc11610727 dated 11/02/2017 from noida unit | |||||
For the last 10 years, we have been getting blood test for my wife mala bhatia, every quarter, as besides, her haemoglobin level has been decling in the range of 7-8... To our great surprise, the about indicates the haemoglobin level at 15.2, which is impossible... On checking with other test, we found that all tests, which have been on the abnormal side, have been indicicated as normal, which, again totally wrong... One mr saurab, who came yesterday to collect the blood sample was found to be completely unorganised & untrained... During the time he was taking blood, he attended to 3 calls on his mobile, as was to go to other places, in hurry... I wanted to make payment of rs 2000 through my card, but his machine was not working. So, i had to pay him the money in cash... When, he was writing the receipt, his ballpen was not working.. So, i gave him my own pen & subsequently told him to keep the same with him. These small points only prove that he was not upto the desired level of thyrocare... As h e was in utmost, hurry, he would have not written the required details on the sample... When he, took samle from the next patient, i am sure he had certainly changed the details, without bothering to know what... Which is so essential, which were required to be written on the blood sample..., mr saurab, infrmed that the report would be mailed in the evening & hard copy delivered in the morning at 10 am... When, nothing was received till 10.30, i phoned mr saurab to know the fate... He, in great hurry told that the he would let me know the status & without listening to me, disconnected the phone.. Presuming, that h e might be driving, i phoned him at 11.10, but, he did not reply... Thereafter, after, every 30 minutes, i have been phoning, not less than 10 ten times, but no reply... Is it the way, you wish to serve the customer? Pl. Be advised that tommorrow & again day after, we are going to get the blood reports from 1. Srs diagnostic &2. Appllo diagnostic...& i am sure, your reports would only tell the completely wrong reportings... Pl further, be advised, if do not get a desired response, i shall be handing over the case to my advocate to take up the issue with consumer commissins, tomove to court, besides airing my grievences through media., twitter etc, etc. Hope to get a prompt response thanks v k bhatia b 55 sector 26 noida 201301 mobile[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
