Thyrocare — Blood Test Report

I have booked Aarogyam 1.2 for my father His blood sample was collected first on 6th February and then re-collected on 11th February due to pending tests. However, its been 5 days that there is no clarity about the re-collected sample neither through their mails nor through the telecon with their agents (forgot about the pending reports). I donot expect such a poor response from a big Brand called "Thyrocare". Being a customer, I have to apologise for availing their service.
