[Resolved]  Thyrocare — Complaint for not getting my covid 19 antigen test report

To whom it may concern,

I, ANUKUL PAUL, reside in Siliguri, Darjeeling, West Bengal, want to lodge a complaint against one of your representative MR. SAYAN CHATTOPADHYAYA, who works at THYROCARE DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE, COLLEGE PARA, SILIGURI, WEST BENGAL.

On 29th April, 2021, MR. SAYAN CHATTOPADHYAY took my nasal swab for COVID 19 ANTIGENT TEST at THYROCARE DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE, COLLEGEPARA, SILIGURI (full address is given below). After that he told me that I will get my test report on the later part of that day and he took 600 rupees from me as the cost of the test and did not give me any receipt of that and also assured me that he will send me the report in time. Also I gave him my adhaar card details for the report to generate. Today is 9th May, 2021 and still I did not receive my COVID 19 ANTIGEN TEST report from him. I tried to contact him several times from the day of test through the contact no. provided by him but on the other side, the phone only rang but he never picked up my phone, intentionally or unintentionally I don't know! Suppose the report is COVID 19 positive then not getting the test report in time can be as harmful for the community as the disease is spreading from the infected person.

In this pandemic, I did not imagine that a reputed diagnostic centre like THYROCARE can be so irresponsible that they recruit this kind of careless employee to their management system who never thought about a patient's mental health who is not getting his COVID 19 ANTIGEN TEST report in time. May be there is some urgency that he cannot send me the report in time, but he should have informed me that. But he never cared about it. It will be very shameful for THYROCARE authority, if it do not take any necessary action against the mentioned person who is responsible for this (I am sharing his details below) and also try to send my COVID 19 ANTIGEN TEST REPORT as soon as possible. As a proof, I am sharing the image of the COVID 19 ANTIGENT TEST KIT of which I took a picture by mobile camera after the test on that day.
