[Resolved]  Thyrocare — Highly Disappointed With The Service.

I booked the Aarogyam X package for me and my grandfather under order ID 78A9F1.

The executive who came to collect the blood Shahabuddin Ansari collected my blood sample and did not mention about the urine collection, he ###ed my grandpa who is 87 4 times and he could not find the vein, the order was prepaid online.

I had asked for a new technician/collector to come the next day and collect it, I will make my grandpa fast again for 12 hrs, the executive Shahabuddin Ansari without my knowledge created a new order id F53CC9.

The new technician Miraj Sheikh was able to collect the blood of grandfather in first ###, After collection he informed to do payment and I was surprise since I had already done the payment, I called the contact  center and they said please pay you will get the balance refund in 8 to 10 days, I asked him I will pay but I have to raise a complaint, the call center executive informed you cant raise a complaint as we are already going to refund you the money.

I thought everything was done now, then I get a third SMS from thyrocare with new order ID 293E88 and I was like everything is done, then I get a call from a call center executive who is asking me to make payment since Shahbuddin did not do entry for the initial order and I will again get refund for the original order, I denied since I had already paid extra and am waiting for refund.

Then Mr. Shahbuddin Ansari called me and is asking me to make payment for the new order id that he created 293E88 and i politely informed him I cant make the payment to which he said then we cant make the entry and your money will be refunded for the original order and you wont get the report.

Seriously i had to fast for 12 hours give you 4 test tube of blood and then pay you extra for something that I have not done and then you again ask me to pay extra.
I need a solution to this a.s.a.p.

We received your complaint regarding Twice payment and Non receipt of SCR – 78A9F1 & F53CC9.
As discussed with you on call, amount paid by you against order id – 78A9F1 is Rs. 5198/- and order id – F53CC9 is Rs. 2599/-.

As verified with you on 05.07.2020 you booked appointment for two beneficiaries Aarogyam X Profile.
Technician Shaikh Merajuddin collected the sample on 07.07.2020 for beneficiary Mr. Damodar Natuji Kasb for Aarogyam X Profile and softcopy reports auto delivered on your register email id dated on 08.07.2020 at 1.18 pm.

We regret to inform you that due to technical reason at pre-analytical stage data entry of samples could not completed and resample collection was arranged for beneficiary – Mr. Gaurav Chandrakant P.
As verified, resample has been collected today for Order ID. 293E88 (Mr. Gaurav Chandrakant P– Aarogyam X Profile) and softcopy reports will be delivered to you within our reporting turnaround time .i.e., 48-72 hours.

Further we are processing refund of Rs. 2, 599/- and it may take upto 07-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Anticipating your kind cooperation in this regards and inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.
