Thyrocare — misplaced sample and reckless behavior

I, dr. P. Poornima, an oral pathologist (Mds). I have given sample at thyrocare diagnostic center on 25th august for some tests under aarogyam b scheme which costs rupees 599. Along with my sample i have given the urine sample of my daughter, c. Jaswitha reddy for complete urine analysis which costs rupees 300.
They told me both the reports will come by 26th august. I have received the report of my daughter on 26th through whatsapp. After few hours i have received call from thyrocare call center about the feedback and queries. Then i inquired about my report. They told me there is no such sample or report on my name. I was shocked and immediately called the local thyrocare lab people. They told they will call me back, but i didn't receive any call.
On 27th august evening around 5:30 pm, my husband went to the lab and asked them my report. They have checked and told him that the barcode which was written under my name showed the report which was against a patient named m. S. Raju who have given the sample next to me. At that moment, my husband saw various values in the report of m. S. Raju. Being a oral surgeon, he has a sound knowledge about each and every value.
They told my husband they will check and call back. Again they were just silent. After repeated calls, atlast we received my report today i. E., 28th august at around 9:20 pm. We astonished after going through my report. The values of mine were same as the m. S. Raju (Person who has given sample next to me.)
We immediately call the lab and they told they inquired at headquarters and the report against my barcode is opening now. We asked them how mine and the next patient values are same. They recklessly replied that is our mindset which is responsible for all the choas they made.
And i would like to bring to your notice that i and my daughter have given sample at 7:40 am which was mentioned in my daughter's report. But in my report it was mentioned that my sample was given at 9:00 am. How could it be possible and it clearly shows their irresponsibility towards the patients.
Being a doctor and responsible person i decided i should not keep quiet. It is not a big deal for us to give the sample once again or at the other diagnostic center. But this shouldn't happen again with anyone who are unaware of these type of situations and who blindly believe the values of a report which are not theirs. If this happens then no need to waste so many testtubes, so many solutions. Same values for each and every patient. So you people will get more money.
I demand you the justice for my sample, my patience, and our self respect
