Thyrocare — non-receipt of blood test reports | |||||
I had taken a blood test under thyrocare aarogyam loyalty profile package of 65 tests on tuesday on 28 nov. 2017 but did not receive the reports. I have been following up with them on phone, sms, email, but never got a proper response except that the is forwarded and they are getting an update from the concerned department. Finally on 2 dec. Received an email that the blood serum was cancelled and to take an appointment for resampling of blood. The resampling of blood was taken on tuesday 5. Dec. Till date i have not received the reports and yet again i have been following upvwith them since yesterday evening on email and whatsappvand am getting the same response that they have forwarded the request to the concerned department and waiting for the update with no update at all.
