Thyrocare — poor and incomplete service, late service, bad customer support

I have booked for Arogyam 1.2 for 4 members of my family. My complaints are- 1. They came late for collection (I have specifically told to come early and on time that my mom has diabetes and cant stay hungry in morning for late or her sugar level may drop down) 2. while taking blood they made some mistakes and hurt my dad's hand. He got swelling in hand. 3. since 3 days no reports came. No phone replied. I have to send many emails to get soft copy of reports. Hard copy came too late. 4. My dad's few reports were cancelled. They have yet not come for fresh collection of blood sample. Even after lot of emails no one have come up to say on which day they will come and collect blood sample and provide rest of reports. 5. Ahmedabad branch persons never reply phone. I regret why I have booked Thyrocare. Will never use it again and I am also thinking to go to consumer court for damages if my problem is not solved in 24 hrs. Also, reports seems not authentic. If services are so pathetic, how can I trust people making report would be qualified and provide proper reports?

Its been many days, but my complaint is not resolved. On the contrary, I came to know that the lab owner, the franchisee of thyrocare Dr. Kartik Pandey is BAMS i.e. an ayurvedic doctor. That degree also he never showed. He claimed a degree from UP in hindi medium of studies.

I wonder how thyrocare has given an agency to an ayurvedic doctor. As per rules, only MD PATHOLOGIST can run a lab. TYROCARE if run by an ayurvedic doctor, reports cannot be trusted.

I am planning for filing complaint. Mentioned facts here so people at large can be aware and stop using thyrocare.
