[Resolved] Ticket Goose — regarding incorrect boarding place | |||||
Hai, I have booked my ticket from pavoorchatram to chennai. Travel pnr - tgh6ark0jd I have received a confirmation message stating boarding place as "opp to rc church, sri ram travels" 6.15 was the departure time. I was waiting from 6 pm and the bus was not available there. I was trying to reach the contact person which is mentioned in the message and i didn't get any response. I received a call from the cleaner and he was asking me to come to bus stand. The driver started shouting at me "don't u know the boarding point?" my dad was explaining him softly but he was not at all ready to listen. He was telling us to go and check where you have booked your ticket. I am totally unsatisfied with their service. Kindly provide the accurate information so that the customers can avoid these kind of issues in future. Was this information helpful? | |||||
