I purchased two tickets to "Beautiful, " with a face value of $51 + $9 convenience fee. Instead of $120, this place charged my credit card $285.59.
The math: $165.59 over face value for two Balcony seats in Row W, for a Saturday matinee!
There was no help at all from their "service" staff, either online or on the phone.
