Ticketsimply/bitla — looting customers money : worst travel software

I have booked a ticket on jagan travels and i have selected a seat & while going to the transaction page it has thrown an error after submitting otp. Ticket is not confirmed and i didnt receive email/ message that the ticket is booked. Now when i call the customer service of ticket simply, they said that their is nothing transaction that has done. After few hours they called me & said that the ticket has been booked and they have the logs of the same. When i asked it why they didnt inform earlier, then he said it was juniors who checked it & dey dont have any confirmation and they cant refund my amount.

They are trying to loot customers money without even valuing customers. Be careful with the fraud of these people
