Tikona — Account Termination | |
After being a Tikona customer for 10 years, I have requested for my connection to be terminated on 09th Sep 2021. I have suffered numerous issues with my connection in these 10 years - slowness, outages, login page itself not displaying etc. Since my usage has increased in this lockdown courtesy my ward's online school classes, I have decided to terminate my Tikona connection as it is completely reliable. I have taken a stable and faster connection from another provider and I don't need the Tikona connection any more. I have been chasing their Customer Service since 09th Sep to disconnect my account. I am always told that my request is under process and I will be given an update once it is completed. Does it take so long to terminate any account?? I have been contacted by their Customer Care reps for retention, and I have stuck to my ground for termination of connection. They have also taken down a service request number for this. In spite of no usage since 09th Sep, I have got a bill for INR 885 on 30th Sep. Ironically, the bill shows usage charges as zero, and the entire amount is towards recurring charges and taxes. I hope I receive some help through this forum in getting my Tikona connection and account terminated. Regards, Nihar Was this information helpful? | |
