[Resolved] Tikona — After closing the connection not doing the settlement properly | |||||
I have paid 2000 at the time of getting the connection. As per the plan i will not pay the last month bill. My plane was 4mbps, i never get this speed. Tikona cheated me a lot. Every day i need to call customer care to get the connectivity, Whenever i ask to disconnect, every time they promised me to improve the network. Finally i close the connection, but they send me rs250 rupees bill, i ask customer care about why this bill, nobody gave me clear picture. Nor they are asking me to pay 850 rupees.
