[Resolved] Tikona — annoying reminders, more than three times a day, to pay bills before the due date and calling twice a day after disconnection request. | |||
There are two things i would like to complain about tikona's customer support: 1. They annoyed me by automatic pre recorded calls to pay my bills as soon as the bill was generated. The frequency of calls increased as the due date approached. They use call more than three times a day. 2. I had applied for disconnection of the services, post which i started getting a call each day to ask me why was i disconnecting. They simply did not understand when i told them i am moving out of the place where i was using the service. I had explained them four times this, still they kept on calling.
