[Resolved] Tikona — asking to pay even after not using the services | |||||
Hi, I have not been using tikona services for around october-november, 2016. I had opted for 1 year retention plan which was valid till august, 2017. During this time period i got service calls once or twice and i requested them to close the connection as i was not using the services as there were so many cheaper plans were launched by mobile companies like jio, airtel, etc. But in september, 2017 i got a bill generated and i am not asked to pay the bill. I wrote them back via email but they keep calling me to pay for the amount. I was told that the retention plan is prepaid and will only be activated after i recharge. And only after that the plan was started on my connection last year. Now they are saying that the plan is activated again and so i need to pay them the amount. Please take an action against this.
