[Resolved] Tikona — Attempt to extort money despite discontinuation of service | |||
I had subscribed tikona subscription for 6 months plan and was not getting proper service during the duration even when i was doing work from home. I was utterly disappointed by their service throughout the duration and i called them several times i didn’t receive any reply via call so i mailed them that i don’t want their services any longer and i took another connection they however are still spamming messages and calling to charge me for services post the duration of their connection When i see their social media they have done the same thing for many people till date as such i am putting forward this complaint so that they are confronted for their harassment of customers with proof of mail Was this information helpful? | |||
