[Resolved] Tikona — Bad Services | |||||
I m using Tikona broadband from last one year and even not a single day passed that i dont face problem in Tikona. For the first 6 months i kept on calling the engineers and customer care but no solution at all. Problems:- 1. Pathetic Services 2. Pathetic Connectivity 3. Engineers never comes on time 4. Takes too much time to call customer care (Minimum 1 Hour). 5. No action on mails. 6. Why should one service provider pay the unnecessary bills without using internet. Now, i would like to stop the services coz i m tired with this Broadband service Provider and these are not the only problems that i m facing there are lot more in the line.
