[Resolved] Tikona — Billing for non-usage even after cancellation of Connection | |||||
After numerous request for cancellation, they are not removing the dish connection and charging on a monthly basis wherein the invoice clearly states 0 bytes usage. They are very responsive while giving now connection but making life difficult during disconnection which is really frustrating.
