[Resolved] Tikona — Billing for non-usage even after cancellation of Connection | |||||
After numerous request for cancellation, they are not removing the dish connection and charging on a monthly basis wherein the invoice clearly states 0 bytes usage. They are very responsive while giving now connection but making life difficult during disconnection which is really frustrating. We would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on the basis of your request we have stopped charging you rentals for the service.
