[Resolved] Tikona — Billing issues | |||||
We like to inform that tikona broadband service provider have billed me for the period when we faced technical service issues. My customer id [protected] Customer name : gautam kalothia From march 3rd till april 5 th 2017 we faced connectivity and speed issue almost all days and tikona took almost one most to resolve the issue that too when we asked them to disconnect the connection if they will not rectify the issue. During this period over package plan was 90 gb unlimited plan with 6 mbps speed. We have never received a speed of 2mbps also and most of the times no connectivity. Now they have raised the bill for with discount of rs.57 and asked us to pay the rs.857 along with late payment fees which we denied as we felt cheated. I also felt during technical issue we took lot trouble to call them continuously to resolve the issue and they took much longer time to resolve the same. During the period they said that they will give the waiver for entire period and now they are saying that we have used 18 gb of data hence the total waiver will be just rs.57. I don't understand the basis on which calculation was done. Secondly, i will not like to pay if i don, t get the speed which is promised under my plan. Thirdly, if i have used 18 gb during the period that does not mean that you have provided me services that is promised under my plan. Fourthly, i have ask the call center to disconnect the service if they are not able to resolve the issue which they have not done saying that we will be providing you waiver for the same.
