I have paid INR 2825 for new home internet connection on 21 Nov 2021 for 30 MBPS speed for 6 months. I had also sent email to them on 21st Nov 2021 about payment done of iNR 2825 & to change earlier registered plan of INR 499/mo for 40 MBPS speed. Tikona sent me bill of INR 3954 & said INR 767 in balance due on 11 Dec 2021. I tried contacting them on customer care number[protected] but they do not have option to connect with billing team. Also. I have registered complaint on MyTikona app for the same TT: 1-[protected] and 1-[protected]. Tikona is just sending mails about balance payment & IVR call reminders for balance payment. There are no other source of communications.
