I am requesting you to kindly help me with the legal procedure on this one. As I have already made the payment and requested for cancellation in the month of may 2020, which is almost a year ago, I am not really sure how your team understands the meaning of disconnection and what is the real meaning of it. Now I know that the charges are placed for the usage after the rental was suspended, I need to understand how the cancellation works as the cancellation was requested almost a year ago however I am still being allowed to use the connection and now this legal noticed been sent without even doing anything for the cancellation as this is getting ridiculous and no one is interested to do anything about it. Please let me know who I should contact in terms of further process as your customer care does even talk properly and no one bothers to resolve this matter. Customer care can not help and keeps on disconnecting the call. Email sent multiple times however it comes as non registered even though the same has been used to send communication by tikona. Please let me know how can we proceed as this is not a way to treat any customer Was this information helpful? | |||
