Hi Team, Broadband ID : [protected] I raised a tikona broadband disconnection email on 14th May, followed by 15 th May20 on [protected]@tikona.in, as there is no other mean to reach out to tikona customer service, also final email sent on 18th May.Post which on every call i received from tikona i have informed the same, also forwarded email to Mr. Arun Gour .After informing them multiple times even nobody came to collect modem . Now i am getting threatening call and emails from tikona asking me to pay bill for duration of June '20 to Sept'20 of Rs 1591/- also pay extra Rs 1500/- for modem. Was this information helpful? | |
