Tikona — billing without consent, harassment | |||
My user Id is : [protected] I requested to disconnect my tikona wifi service on 3rd of August, 2019 as my previous 3 month cycle got over by 15th of July. I never mentioned or asked them to extend the services. So when asked them to remove the router on 3rd of August, their representatives started calling me regularly, askimg to transfer the service or give it to friends/relatives, after telling them directly many times that we want to discontinue, their calls didn't stop. Have been calling them and mailing since 03/08/2019 repeatedly, they haven't sent anyone for discontinuation. On 10th of August they told it takes 10 days for the process to get over. Today on 20th August, they haven't addressed the issue. Above that they have charged me for a month from 15th July to 15th August without my consent, and added late fee on the bill. I told them to disconnect the service from 3rd August, 2019 and was ready to pay for the days I had used their service but after all this harassment, they don't deserve to claim to have a customer support system.
