[Resolved] Tikona — Broadband | |||||
We are not using the Tikona Broadband from Dec'16 yet every month I am receiving a bill for usage, I have complaint at Tikona customer care to terminate my account several times now however there is no progress. We have disconnected the router our self yet they say usage is being done, we also called a tikona engineer, he removed the device that was installed on the roof of the apartment and said its closed, but still I am being charged. I am a 62+ years old and these people are harassing me by charging every month for payment irrespective of me using the services. There is another complaint that we made when my last bill is generated on 28th April'17 to terminate the account, its 18th May today and there is no update. My daughter is calling them on daily basis but they are not terminating the account. The latest complaint number is 1-[protected]. Its 20 days since my last bill was generated for Rs. 635 which has increased to Rs. 1265 as of today and account is still not terminated. When they call me for payment I told them that I want my account to be fully closed but it is not happening. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Never use Tikona .. No 1 fraud company. After disconnection they will still send you message to pay bill. even if you haven''t use the connection.
