[Resolved] Tikona — charging bill after terminated my service and without any prior information | |||
I use tikona company service more than 1 year but they continuesoly provide poor service interrupted network and also charge additional bills without solving my problem. After that finally i decided to terminate my connection i send so many emails calls for termination but they don't terminate and send me bills. When they finally stop my service and i fullfill my all charges bill. They assure me that in future they don't disturb me again but sudden after 6 month they again calls me so many time from different different no. And their custmor service employees use abusing threatening fraud language and harrasing me. I have enough proof against them to proof my right side. Now i m mentally very depressed because of them. Please help me they continuously demand money from different diffrent fraud reason i m jobless person i can't able to fulfill their demand. Plz help Was this information helpful? | |||

Same story... I have asked them many times to disconnect and they kept saying that its wrong bill and now they threaten me every month to pay what i have never used.
Check my screenshot of email they never replied but they call to threaten me.
What should i do?
