[Resolved]  Tikona — Cheating on bill asking for clarification then threatening

Address:Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, 201010

I had connections of tikona due to bad connection I had stopped the connection after then he try to retain on lower plan and I had rejected same after that sending bill and I am send excel with detail and he is claiming extra amounts for noc now they are threatening since one for legal action I am also agree for legal action but they never doing anything except threatening

(TRAI RULES) (DON'T WORRY)

The service provider shall terminate the connection within 7 days. They cannot charge rental or any other charges beyond the period of 7 days of request for closure made by the customer.
My Tikona Service ID No [protected] I am Nirmal Prajapati. lots of compliance register but not proper respond and only generated bills so pls solve my problem. and also call me lots of time and force me for pay bill
