[Resolved] Tikona — closing the connection | |||||
My Tikona id is [protected] Registered name Abhijay Kumar singh I request them to close my account due to my personal reasons. So i raised the cancellation request over call ( twice ) with my different number but they didn't take my request saying that call from personal number only then only we will accept your request so i mail from registered mail id on 26th march 2017, after raising request till now they didn't disconnect and asking me to pay the bill and giving me lots of call in my work timing...i have recorded proof of requesting so hard to discontinue the service and clearly mentioned that if you provide me service i won't pay even i have screenshot of mail also and today also i told same so they are still asking money and mentally harassing me and moreover instead if retaing or requesting they are forcing me to continue the service and pay the bill.
