[Resolved] Tikona — complaint against no network

My name is jay parekh and i am using tikona wifi at my residence from last 3 months. From last week i am facing wifi issues, i have complained many times but still i haven't got any resolution, and they send me text message every time that your network issue is resolved but it becomes more worst, i have paid rental in advance to get a proper service but forget about good service i am not getting service only.
