Hi, I am Rahul Kinge and registering a complaint against Tikona for harassment on disconnection process. I got the Tikona service on 1st August 2015. I have given disconnection request four months back in 3rd week of June 2015 but my account has not been terminated yet as of 30th October 2015. I am feeling very much harassed as customer care is not providing me any reason for this delay in disconnection even though they agree that there is no outstanding amount payable by me to Tikona. Whenever I call Tikona Customer Care I am in queue for long time and there is no call back though IVR say there will be call back arrange within 72hrs. Reason for disconnection:- · Very bad service · I have 2Mbps plan but still never got speed more than 10kbps · Automatically connection gets disconnected · Need to reset the router configuration every time when I am unable to connect · Speed was never consistent Payment Details:- BAN :[protected] Payment Amount (Rs Ps):3990 Payment Date :[protected] Payment ID :1-[protected] Transaction ID :[protected]TPC[protected] Payment status :SUCCESS It's worst service.
