Tikona — connection not installed and no refund provided

I paid for the below connection on 8th of february and it is still not being installed at my home address.
After 25 days of payment the engineer provided to install this connection confirmed that connection was not possible at my location

Request you to investigate this issue asap and proceed further with a refund of my transaction amount with transaction reference number as below

Updated by Ajinkya Tawade I have been constantly calling tikona customer care for refund and my calls are constantly put on hold by telling me they need to talk to a supervisor.
